Welcome to Hudson Valley Mobile Dumpsters!
By renting our dumpsters and/or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
- Rental Agreement:
- Binding Agreement: Upon payment, this agreement becomes binding. You agree to rent the dumpster for the specified period and pay the agreed-upon rate.
- Rental Period: The rental period begins upon delivery and ends at the agreed-upon pickup time.
- Payment Terms:
- Payment: Full payment is due upon booking or as specified. Late payments may incur additional fees.
- Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once the dumpster is delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Use of Dumpster:
- Permitted Materials: Only specified materials may be disposed of. Prohibited items (e.g., liquid chemicals, hazardous waste, electronics, appliances with freon, tires) will result in additional fees or refusal of service.
- Overloading: The dumpster must not be overloaded by its volume limits (i.e., must not be loaded above level with the top of the dumpster). If the dumpster is loaded above level, you agree to remove items above level or incur a $100 service fee.
- Delivery and Pickup:
- Access: Ensure there is adequate space for delivery and pickup. You are responsible for any damage caused by insufficient access. If the driveway (or specified drop location) is blocked and the dumpster is unable to be unloaded, you agree to a $100 service fee and forfeiture of rental with no refund.
- Pickup: You must ensure the dumpster is accessible for pickup at the agreed time. If the driveway (or specified drop location) is blocked and the dumpster is unable to be unloaded, you agree to a $100 service fee.
- Liability and Indemnity:
- Customer Liability: You are responsible for any damage to the dumpster or property during its use.
- Hold Harmless: You agree to hold Hudson Valley Mobile Dumpsters harmless from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from the use or rental of the dumpster or services provided by Hudson Valley Mobile Dumpsters.
- Permits and Compliance:
- Local Regulations: You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for dumpster placement on public property or as required by local laws.
- Cancellation:
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours before delivery to avoid charges.
- Dispute Resolution:
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Kingston, NY.
- Changes to Terms:
- Updates: Hudson Valley Mobile Dumpsters reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
